After being served at any TESDA office in the Philippines, clients scan a QR code and rate the service on the Anti-Red Tape Authority's (ARTA) Client Satisfaction Measurement form. Each office's survey focal person tracks its own responses, and the Central Office generates reports for any region or for the whole country.
